Beijng Temple and Nanjing Temple

Beijing Temple is located in Shuangsi Street, Bozhou City. It is a monastery where Hui people hold religious ceremonies and impart religious knowledge. It is now a key cultural relics protection unit in Bozhou City. The seat of the Beijing Temple faces east to the west. It was built in the early Yuan Dynasty for the Hui people who moved to Beijing, and has been rebuilt many times since then. There are existing gate towers, waist halls, lecture halls, Wuxiang Hall and other buildings, covering an area of more than 3,500 square meters, with three courtyards in the front and rear. The building is large in scale and the environment is quiet. At the same time as the Beijing Temple, there is also a city mosque. Because it is adjacent to the Beijing Temple, one north and one south, the locals are used to calling it Nanjing Temple. The two mosques are of the same size.
