<p>Huaxi Hall is also known as Shanxi-Shaanxi Hall, and Greater Lord Guan Temple. It is a place for the gathering of merchants from Shanxi and Shaanxi in Ming and Qing Dynasties. It enjoys a time-honored history. Since Guan Yu was from Shanxi, they built the Lord Guan Temple here. Huaxi Hall is dedicated and magnificent with many excellent color paintings and exquisite sculptures dated back to the reign of Qianlong. It is a key cultural relic protection unit. It boasts three distinctive features: the two flagpoles in the front gate, woodcarving and the gate.</p>
