We had a very stressful experience. When we first checked in they said my son was tall enough to do everything there so I bought him the package to do everything. Well when he got to the tree top adventure they said he wasn't tall enough. That was after he waited 30 minutes in line. So we went back to the desk and they gave me a band to go with him which was fine but there was so many safety issues. We go through a little schooling before we are allowed up but they forgot to teach us about a safety hook at the end. So when we got to the end there is this random safety hook hanging above us and he is expected to jump but I would not let him jump with this random loose hook hanging there. Also there was no workers around to help us. I would imagine any spot you are expected to jump there would be a worker near by. I had to yell to my husband to go get someone. Afterwards when I approached the manager they brushed it off like it was no big deal bc it was just a hook there for safety....that we didn't really need it. "Well, why is it there then?" Also apparently someone didn't do their job bc they DID NOT teach us anything about this secondary safety hook before we went on the lines. Also, my son's hand got stuck in the red hook and he started crying. I had to calm him down and get his hand out. The place has potential but It was WAY understaffed! If they cannot accommodate that many people safely they shouldn't let so many people in at once. It's all about the money and not the safety of children!
