I usually pass by this park on my way to work and when I catch the city cat. It looks cute, but very suitable for families. For the locals, this seems to be a good place for a picnic and a walk along the river. On New Year's Eve, my partner decided to have a late night cheese date in the park while we were waiting for the fireworks, which surprised me. We can partially admire the fireworks, but they are absolutely amazing. Some locals came to the park at midnight to watch the fireworks and celebrate. You can enjoy the beautiful view of the city at night. I recommend this park to families who want to spend a quiet day by the river because there is also a children’s playground. Or couples who want to relax somewhere and read/picnic. I also witnessed some people fishing here in the afternoon or late at night. I am not sure if it is allowed. These facilities were not the cleanest and were locked after a period of time.

Mowbray Park is a lovely small park on the edge of the Brisbane River. Views of the river and back to the city are appreciated. There is also a ferry ⛴ which stops there. Sitting in shade with green trees. Stops if you bike past or have a family picnic.

There are many parks, big and small, such as Maube Park, South Shore Park, City Botanical Garden, and so on, are beautiful.
