The central library is located behind the church and the city hall, and the building itself has a certain historical feel. The relatively high-land shell next to the riverbank can see traces of pipeline packages added later. You can't enter the original door now. You have to enter from the glass door on the side. It feels a little suspended here, and it's quite exciting to walk. The library is relatively quiet and there are not many people.
