場所はベルビルストリートからデイビットフォスターウェイに入るところにありました。最初地図で探したのですがよくわからなかったので現地に行ってみたらすぐわかりました。ビクトリア市が2011年の東日本大震災の際に、盛岡市に心温まる支援をしてくれたことへの感謝を込めて2015年に寄贈したみたいです。
