We had a business dinner for 9 people. <br / > We had a good food and wine. <br / > We really enjoyed the food, service and environment at a reasonable price.
We went with a small group. The waiters were really nice but I think they imagined they were nobles based on their behavior. The food reminded me of the good times I had in the past when I was living in this country. I can recommend it.
Real Hungarian cuisine. Restaurant had a traditional feel (open 1899) and Hungarian cuisine, it was very good! I tried to make bone marrow with toast and garlic, it was really delicious! My Hungarian friend told me to rub raw oysters on toast, sprinkle bone marrow on toast, and sprinkle salt on the marrow. The combination of taste is sacred. I also tried chicken soup and hot pot with bone marrow... both like Grandma's typical home-cooked soup, never impressed. Really good. I fry the salmon with butter and the main course is good. I don't like the way I spent so much delicious bread and soup on my main course. If you want to try very good traditional Hungarian dishes this is one of the places to go in Budapest!
We came to this restaurant to celebrate my mother's birthday. We had a great lunch. We ordered fisherman's soup and four different entrees ( game, beef and calves). The dessert selection was good. <br /> service is good, really old fashined style exquisite and sophisticated. Atmosphere is good. It is a perfect choice! :-)
Would you like to try some traditional Hungarian food with a little modern flavor? Do you like to sing gypsy music and sing together at dinner? Do you like the style of bone marrow Krudy? Then go to old KéhlyéGL and sang in buda. As sung in an old song: go to Buda a TúRó csusza (homemade noodles and cheese and oil residue), it is 100% this historical restaurant. But don't take it lightly: the food here is really food, not just the decorations on the plate! If you like an audiovisual instead of a full gourmet treatment experience, don't come here.
