This is an incredible place! If you want to learn tango in a young and easygoing environment this is the place to go. They do tango classes. Definitely worth a visit also for the delicious food (there are lots of vegetarian options) and live music. Highly recommended.
La Catedral is a clandestine tango bar, housed inside a disused flour mill, with tango classes and live music most nights of the week. Artwork from local artists is displayed along its walls, candles are used to illuminate and fascinating knick-knacks can be found throughout its many rooms. The tables and chairs are recycled from wine barrels and disused slabs of wood. It’s full of character and frequented for the most part by locals. It has just the right level of creativity for art lovers looking for inspiration during the evening in Buenos Aires.
Beautiful place to visit because of your Spanish architecture and "a fresco".
The Catedral Metropolitana is located on the all important Plaza de Mayo. It has 12 columns representing the twelve Apostles of Christ. The Catedral is a very important symbol for Argentinians, as the Argentine hero of Independence, Jose San Martin's remains are buried here.
