    Beautiful building well maintained

This is the town's public library. There may be an exhibit inside but the reason to stop is the structure itself. This and the wonderful Customs House museum are the gems in depressed Cairo

    Beautiful Building

This building is gorgeous and well maintained on the outside. We couldn't go in however as it was on a Saturday after they had closed. Worth a visit!

Thank you to the citizens of Cairo

This was such a surprise in Cairo. It is so beautiful and such a tribute to a time gone by. Our children and grandchildren may never know the role the library played in cities and towns across America
