We went to the Gonghe River to see Shakespeare's famous play The Storm. Everyone sat on the grass, some on the blanket, some on the lawn chair. The live performance was wonderful. There are a lot of people in the park, either couples or families - walking, cycling, skateboarding, and dog walking. Groups of geese welcomed the visitors. The paths and meadows were well managed and loved. The entrance to the park is easy to find and the bridge deck is wide enough for people to walk freely. Wheelchairs can also enter this beautiful park! There are also restaurants and bathrooms, which provide convenience for those who need food, snacks and facilities. Walking in the woods and crowds, enjoying the beautiful and charming bow river, this experience is extremely relaxing and enjoys a quiet time. The best of all: it's free!
In winter, Price's Island Park is also beautiful in the sunshine. Walking dolls enjoy themselves in the snow. Black-haired squirrels run up and down under trees to find food. They are not afraid of people and germinate into melting. Peace Bridge is one of Calgary's landmarks. The bridge is designed like a red bullet train and a steel red ribbon flying frame on both sides of the Bow River, which makes people want to take photos. Imagine the park in summer. I don't know what kind of beautiful scenery it is.
Prince Island Park is the Lake Island Park of the BOW River and the largest public park in Calgary. There are large areas of green land and pine forests, often with squirrels. This is a good place for Calgarians to relax. The River freezes in winter. It will become a free skating rink. It's very interesting.
The Baohe River beside Prince Island Park is clear and fast, with its own raft drifting in the river from time to time, wild geese swaying in search of food, beavers swimming and grazing in the river, and black-haired squirrels swimming freely on the lawn, showing the harmony between man and nature.
Although the Canadian National Bird Goose in Prince Island Park is wild, it is very lovely, close to people and attaches great importance to family concept. It is worth contemplating by modern people. Sometimes we still need to learn family concept, loyalty, responsibility from animals.
Soap chip is the river corridor beside the bow river. I miss Hafa's seaside wooden walkway, which has been away for so many years.
Prince Island Park is an open public park, close to the city centre, with a parking lot nearby. This beautiful park offers recreational activities throughout the year and is a summer resort in Calgary's hot summer days. There are many Canadian goose haha walking with people.
