When I went to Christchurch in February, the weather was gloomy all the way. There were no sunshine and clouds. I could not help worrying about my trip today. But along the road, we saw the open grassland, carefree cattle and sheep, which is obviously different from the highway landscape in China. The mood is also constantly excited for about an hour. The navigation shows that when we are near Tekapo Lake, the sky suddenly clears up and suddenly goes to a corner. A clear blue appears at the end of the road. We can't help but "wow." a cry, which is also blue. It's so disgraceful. It's totally hidden in the paradise at the end. The blue and clear water of Lake Tekapo. At first sight, the famous Good Shepherd's Church is situated beside Lake Tekapo. It's also a star protection area of world civilization. At night, lights are forbidden in the vicinity. It looks very deep into the sky. When it's fine, stars can be seen all over the sky, just like the Milky Way. This is the case. Because of the high season and the price, the accommodation in Tekapo area is extraordinarily expensive. Almost all accommodation is at least 1,000 yuan a night. The reason is that it is very convenient to watch the stars at night. There is also a local star watching group. After nightfall, you can be allowed to go to Mt John's Observatory to watch the stars (like 125 NZD, but the stars are not refunded when the weather is bad, so please choose carefully). In fact, many local people have been asked, saying that there is no difference in watching the stars under the mountains, so we did not spend this money. Because the Tekapo area is expensive to accommodate, with a limited budget, we can only continue to look forward to Pukaki Lake, then stay in Twizel Telweize at night, and drive back to the Star Reserve Star View Area after dinner in the evening.
Lake Tekapo is a typical glacial barrier lake. The so-called glacial barrier lake is a lake formed by mudslides blocking rivers caused by glaciers. It is one of the forms of glacial landforms in South Island. The lake is full of colour and lustre. The colour of lake water varies with the change of light in different times of the day. The Lake in the morning is a lake blue with milk fragrance, and in the afternoon it becomes a bright dark blue, very mysterious and wonderful. There are many big white pigeons living by the lake, which add vitality and vitality to the calm water of the lake. We stroll around the lake feeling the calm of the lake, feeling the vitality of the white dove, feeling the magnificence and magnificence of the distant Alps, thinking of holding hands until we get old. There is a large field of lubinghua beside the lake. By the time we arrived, the flowering period had passed. There must be something special about the lake of Tekapo, where lubinghua blossoms. It will be a colorful world. I think the beauty of Lake Tekapo is that everything is so right, sunshine, Lake water, white pigeons, churches, mountains, seemingly unrelated but so integrated, like a fairyland on earth.
This is the first time I have seen so many stars, and the first time I have seen meteors passing by. It's a beautiful lake, a wonderful starry sky, and a friendly nation. That's what I think of New Zealand. My camera is not a SLR. Let's feel the beauty of Tekapo. I think it's beyond my adjective.
Lake Tekapo, also known as Lake Tikapo, is located about 3 hours southwest of Christchurch, South Island of New Zealand. The heart of the Cook Mountain Basin and MacKenzie is a glacial barrier lake. The blue water of the lake is refreshing. The colorful Lubing flowers blossom along the lakeside and on Mount Johnson. From time to time there are hares and squirrels. New Zealand's mini and unique Good Shepherd Church is quiet. Standing quietly by the lake, many new couples are attracted to the ceremony. As soon as you look up at night, you can see stars everywhere. On the south side of the lake is the town of Tekapo. It is known as the most beautiful starry town in the world. It is sparsely populated. The mountains in the distance are covered with snow, just like a paradise in the world.
Lake Tekapo is one of the main tourist attractions in South Island. If you drive to Queenstown, you can choose to take the Lake Tekapo route. This route is also a scenic spot route, there are many beautiful scenery on the way. Lake Tekapo is actually at the Shepherd's Church. The lake itself is very calm and beautiful. It is like a picture. All the random photographs are professional ones. The night scenery is also very different from the day, so many passengers choose to stay here for a while. It is strongly recommended to visit here.
First of all, the attractions are free, a huge lake in the middle of Christchurch and Queenstown Road. The lake is famous not only for its beautiful environment, but also for its bright blue "unnatural" color. Because the unique elements of the rocks at the bottom of the lake make the lake water show a very unique blue color, which is worth visiting and enjoying. There are also hotels and restaurants nearby, which can be enjoyed slowly.
Located between Christchurch and Queen Town, Lake Tekapo lies in the heart of the Cook Mountains Basin and MacKenzie. Around Lake Tekapo, beautiful and charming, surrounded by golden sunshine shrubs and white snow, endless snowy mountains, with rocks in glaciers, give the lake a milky blue colour. In the process of melting glaciers in the southern Alps into lakes, the rocks in the glaciers break into fine powders, thus forming a wonderful color.
Blue Lake water. The lake water can vary in color with light. The Lake colours are different from time to time. Star-watching town lights are downward illuminated, very suitable for night out in the lake to watch the stars. The air is so good that you can really see stars and galaxies. Mobile phones don't work. In addition to the photos taken by my mobile phone, I also borrowed a picture taken by my friend's SLR.
Lake Tekapo is a particularly lonely and beautiful lake. It is surrounded by empty space. A stone shepherd's church is built on the high side of the shore. All the scenery is so lonely. There is a kind of tranquil beauty. Looking at the blue lake water here, you will forget your troubles. Sitting by the lake and thinking quietly, you will feel clear and clear. This is the magic of the lake water. You might as well come and experience it.
Many people come to South Island in New Zealand by special routes. The lake is located in the middle of the South Island, next to the highest peak in New Zealand, Mount Cook. Most of the time, the lake is milky blue, surrounded by distant mountains, with blue sky and white clouds. It would be more perfect if there were Lu Binghua in spring.
