Cape Town’s Street Garden is a very peaceful and beautiful city park located in the downtown area of Cape Town. There are very beautiful lakes, dense woods, and wide lawns. The natural environment is very superior. The birds and flowers are scented. It is definitely a green lung in the metropolis of Cape Town, and it is worth visiting.
The gardens are a beautiful park, the open green space is not too big, but the plants are especially lush and full of flowers due to the subtropical location, the surroundings are superb
The Central Garden in the downtown area of Cape Town was originally a vegetable market, but was later transformed into a park with pleasant scenery. There is green grass, squirrels, doves, Egyptian geese and other small animals can be seen everywhere, and they are not afraid of people at all, chasing for food. Standing on the garden square, you can enjoy the panoramic view of Table Mountain. In the early spring season, we are basking in the warm sun and meeting street performers from time to time to perform and enjoy a rare leisure time.
Spend a wonderful day in the Gardens of the City. Enjoy a leisurely lunch and then on to the Museum.
Don't miss enjoying a coffee in the cafe, before wandering through the gardens, and past Parliment buildings into the city. A visit to the Jewish Museum, which is nearby, might be a good option while you're in the area
Home to old trees, beautiful gardens and statues/monuments and even an aivary. A nice place to sit back and relax.
The gardens are lovely, though they are suffering during this 2018 draught.
Great park in the middle of the city. Lots of street performers during the weekends.
