As you come into land at Cape Town International you're made aware of this natural beauty , I'd say if it's possible stay away in December and January as the school holidays brings thousands of people to Table Mountain, although it can be lots of fun as well. going up is a must and preferably you should purchase your ticket in advance, spend the entire morning or afternoon into sunset with amazing views whilst enjoying a meal at the restaurant . Best time of year is from November to April, although it's open throughout the year
Table Mountain is as majestic as in the pictures. At the summit you can enjoy panoramic views of Cape Town and surrounding areas and also enjoy the natural beauty the mountain has to offer. The cable ride is quite spectacular itself. Definitely a place to tick on your bucket list.
when you go to south africa you should go to table mountain its the best view to see cape town and.take amazing photos.

Awesome, must be visited by all, great attraction
One of the most beautiful mountains in the world. Please take a lot of water and snacks if you plan to climb the mountain it is 1000m high! Stay on the path and choose popular routes like Skeleton Gorge. The cable way is an easier way to enjoy the beauty of the mountain for those who do not wish to climb or are unable to do so.
This was a journey and once at the top, spectacular views.
World famous Table Mountain, a must for every visitor to Cape Town.
I did the platteklip gorge, definitely not easy. Go early and bring a lot of water. The whole way up to the top is beautiful!
