抵达卡帕多西亚时，已近中午，首先安排的是午餐，吃饱了才有力气好好玩嘛！午餐是具有土耳其特色的陶罐肉，而用餐地点是富有卡帕多西亚特色的洞穴餐厅。来到卡帕多西亚，就一定离不开&ldquo;洞穴&rdquo;这两个字，遍地的洞穴餐厅和洞穴酒店。如果你是自由行的话，可以多选择几家换着品尝，或许会有不同的感受。这次我们选择的餐厅是Evranos Restaurant，在网上查了一下，口碑还不错。Evranos是阿瓦诺斯的意思，而阿瓦诺斯是土耳其著名的陶乡，我姑且就当它是土耳其的景德镇吧，哈哈！走进洞穴餐厅，华丽复古的图腾，迎接着我们。我们依长桌而坐，在洞穴之中就餐，特别的体验。接下来介绍一下土耳其传统的陶罐肉，为大家盛汤的帅哥实在是太配合了，给了我一个超级棒的pose。陶罐肉的制作方法为牛羊肉搭配洋葱、蘑菇、西红柿和香料炒烩均匀，封进罐子里，进入烤炉中烘烤而成。吃的时候，用长柄刀沿罐口敲开，连汤带肉倒进菜盘子里。乍眼一看，就像我们烧的土豆牛腩，但随着香气袭来，送入口中，你便会知道那是一抹独特的味道。

The pot meat is made with beef and mutton, fried with onion, mushrooms, tomatoes and spices, sealed in the jar and baked in the oven.
