Yummy ice-cream, helpful staff and an interesting setting! I had peanut butter flavour and it was great! Definitely recommend!
A tiny shop in the arcade of cardiff where the staff are dressed as scientists and make ice cream and sorbet with mixers and pouring in nitrogen oxide. It was fun to walk into and watch the ice cream being made and the 'smoke' pouring out of the mixers. My daughter adored watching this and in turn adored eating her sorbet!!! A good, fun place to go for a quirky ice cream in cardiff.
Amazing therapy on a wet afternoon in Cardiff to go down the shopping lanes hankering for a treat and find this delight .I love ice cream and will travel far and wide to find the good stuff so to fall upon this pocket size heaven of an emporium which feeds the eye as well as the taste bud when simply walking about was just about as good as it gets on my ice cream pleasure spectrum. You are served by delightful boffins who are as excited as you are watching the liquid nitrogen perform its magic and to eat ice cream fresh from creation will spoil you for all others forever more. Only in Italy have I tasted anything near it and even then that was lacking in the theatre found here. I was on a mini break visiting my daughter and we had such a good experience we went back the next day for more Legalised high, do not miss it if you love ice cream and good old fashioned caring service do not miss out ❤️
I bought a voucher for my nephews to enjoy what I expected to be a real experience but that didn't live up expectations. All they could see was a man pouring from a jug into a food processor and then adding a liquid from a plastic bottle. The ice cream was fine but not exceptional. The venue was small, cramped and in a busy arcade.
