What a meal!  Enjoyed a delicious 10 course tasting menu for only 40 euros. The staff was great and had time to talk to the chef after almost every course. The yellow pepper course was our favorite followed closely by the cheese course.  The octopus soup was incredible!  Olive oil ice cream was simple yet complex. Loved everything about this meal!  I hope you get to enjoy it as much as I did.

Locale incantevole. Gli interni e gli esterni sono curati con gusto e originalit&agrave;. L&#39;abbiamo conosciuto grazie a TheFork che proponeva il men&ugrave; del ricordo. Composto da un insieme di antipasti, un primo, un secondo, un predessert, un dessert, 1 calice di vino e acqua, 40&euro; a persona. Il servizio &egrave; eccellente, ti accompagna durante tutto il pasto spiegando pietanza e storia del luogo. I piatti sono curati nella presentazione e nel gusto, utilizzando prodotti stagionali e del luogo. Eccezionali gli antipasti, uno pi&ugrave; buono dell&#39;altro, anche generosi nelle porzioni. In particolare ho apprezzato la parmigiana, la polpetta cilentana, le seppie con piselli. Non tanto il caciocavallo in tre consistenze. I primi non mi hanno entusiasmato, non tanto nel sapore che era molto buono, ma nel condimento troppo liquido. Molto buoni i secondi, in particolare il filetto di maiale con aglianico e mela annurca. E poi i dolci. Degno finale di un pasto perfetto. Il predessert &egrave; una chicca, forse la cosa che mi ha colpito di pi&ugrave;, gelato al fiordilatte con Olio...sapore particolarissimo. E poi i due dolci, il mokamis&uacute; e la millefoglie crema e amarena... deliziosi! Complimenti ai ragazzi che trasmettono passione ed eccellenza del territorio. Molto gradita la formula men&ugrave; che consente di assaggiare varie cose. Suggerirei, per il men&ugrave; vegano, vegetariano, terra, mare di specificare le portate, anche indicativamente. Perch&eacute; non tutto pu&ograve; piacere, e quindi &egrave; giusto sapere la proposta in anticipo. Torneremo sicuramente, vivamente consigliato.

The inner and outside are treated with tasty and originality. We met with it thanks to TheFork, who proposed the menu of memory. Composed of a set of meals, one first, one second, a pre-dessert, a dessert, 1 cup of wine and water, &euro;40 per person. The service is excellent, accompanied by you during the whole meal explaining the pity and history of the place. The dishes are treated in presentation and taste, using seasonal and local products. Exceptional dishes, one better than the other, also generous in portions. I appreciated the parmigiana, the chilentan stick, the seeds with awns, not so much the throat in three forms, the first did not enthusiast me, not so much in the taste that was very good, but in the spice too liquid. Very good seconds, especially pig filet with alyanic and anorca apple. And then sweets. Decent final of a perfect meal. The pre-dessert is a girl, perhaps the thing that hit me most, frozen to the fiorilate with Oil ... very special taste. And then the two sweets, mokamis&uacute; and the cream and yellow leaves ... delicious! I would like to say that the menu for the vegetarian, vegetarian, land, sea, and the menu for the people who are in the field, are very pleased to specify the ranges, even indicatively. Because not everything can be pleased, and it is therefore right to know the proposal in advance; we will certainly return, strongly recommended.
