Hoshunin is one of the towers of Daitokuji Temple and is located in the northernmost part of Daitokuji Temple. It's the back of a narrow alley, so I didn't notice it even if I went to Daitokuji many times, but there are few people, so I think it's the best little-known spot. "Matsu", the heroine of the taiga drama "Toshiie to Matsu" broadcast in 2002, is "Hoshunin" and is the family temple of the Kaga Hyakumangoku Maeda family. This garden is open to the public as a bonsai garden, and the masterpieces of bonsai, which are famous all over the world, are beautifully exhibited. There is also a bench overlooking the garden, so you can spend a moist and rich time. Admission is high, but it's worth a visit. Location: North side of Daitokuji Temple
