Trip Moments

Food Culture|"Changsha" tastes special foods at the snack street to Changsha. The first thing is to eat specialty snacks. The South Gate where I live is a very famous snack street in Changsha. Changsha stinky tofu is definitely one of the best snacks in Changsha. Well-known brands include: four stinky tofu, fire palace stinky tofu, Luojia stinky, among them black classic, is Chairman Mao's favorite. So the stalls in the night market have the highest proportion of stinky tofu. Its amazing to smell this smell and eat something fragrant. This taste also adds a unique temperament to this gastronomic capital. In addition to stinky tofu, it is also popular with "sugar oil". This authentic Changsha traditional snack, on the hall, under the road stalls, is very popular with locals. Hunan cuisine is not only spicy, but also spicy. As a tourist, we naturally have to taste it. Soft to the heart, sweet to the bone marrow. Changsha crayfish is also very well known. Recently, I have also seen news reports that Changsha eats more than 100,000 tons of crayfish every year and is among the best in many cities across the country. After listening to Changsha people, they only felt that they were too conservative. It is not too much to add a zero. Xiangwei barbecue is also a popular snack in the streets and lanes, which can reflect the hot enthusiasm of Hunan people. Drinking a few bottles of cold beer in the summer, just a few skewers, is definitely a very rare enjoyment.
