Xiangya Medical College of Central South University (XiangYa School of Medicine ,CSU) is a college affiliated to Central South University. It is the first pilot university of the state's "Doctors Excellence Education and Training Plan" project. The first batch of Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health jointly built the College Medical College, and the Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health jointly built one of the ten comprehensive university medical schools. The World Medical Education Federation and the International Medical Education Special Committee are among the first five institutions to pilot eight-year medical education in China, one of two standard pilot studies.
