Kuiwenmen

Kuiwenmen, a Ming Dynasty building in Weifang, Shandong Province. It is the southwest gate of Dongguanwu in Laoyu County. It is one of the Dongguan City Gates in Jixian County. The existing Kuiwenmen was restored in 1988. It is also the opening of the ancient city wall of Weifang, located on the east bank of Bailang River. On the third floor of Kuiwenmen, the four words "Yu Feiyuyue" in the book were the original Weifang Mayor Yu Ligui's title, and there were the three words "Kuiwenmen" under Zhang Jingyuan's title. On September 8, 1994, with the approval of the State Council, the new county-level Kuiwen District was officially established, and the name of Kuiwen District was also derived from this.

Kuiwenmen is the east gate of the ancient city of Jixian County. The old Jixian City is gone. There is only this place and a section of the city wall, just on the east bank of the Bailang River. It is currently surrounded by the Century Taihua business circle. The place is very small.

Free opening, you can go up to the city wall of Kuiwenmen to take a look, open the door at 10 am, the stairs will go up through Kuiwenge first, it is also free, you can go in advance to go around, there is a story on the wall, here is praying for academics to become high school Zhuanyuan. There is also a small shop in Kuiwen Pavilion, which sells postcards and can be stamped with a commemorative postmark, but I didn't see the postbox nearby, so I had to take it to another place to send it. After turning Kuiwen Pavilion, I went up to the city wall and turned down for about half an hour.

Worth a visit. It is also very meaningful. I have passed by the door before and have not gone up to see it.

The only few old gates in Weifang City, just east of Bailang River, have a long way to go to protect the task.

Kuiwenmen is a local landmark. Located on the east bank of Bailang River, Kuiwen District, Weifang City, south of Taihua City. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The east side of Kuiwenmen is the food street.
