On Castle Hill in the famous Canadian port city of Halifax, there is an octagonal star-shaped fortress. This fortress was built in 1825. It is the fourth fortress built here and one of the largest stone-built military fortresses in North America. Now, at noon every day, the salute will be held at the octagonal star-shaped fortress, which makes tourists feel both nervous and exciting. Of course, it is a pleasing thing to appreciate the legionnaire’s bagpipe playing and the neat training and marching.

I didn’t know much about Halifax before I came here. I only knew that the most famous attraction in this city was Castle Hill. It looked like a big five-pointed star from the sky. It just happened that there was no ticket for the 150th anniversary. We were happy to walk through every corner. , The guards are still dressed in traditional costumes, and there is a small ceremony for each shift, which is quite interesting
I want to go, very unique, it seems that there are often students in military training practice or volunteers training! Soldiers and narrators are dressed with unique characteristics, and the lectures are very lively. Unfortunately, there is no explanation in Chinese!
A very worth seeing attraction, there is a salute at 12 noon every day
Located on Castle Hill in Halifax, Nova Scotia. This place has always been a battleground for military strategists, and has been built as a fortress three times in history. The existing castle was built in 1825 and is one of the largest stone fortresses in North America. Inside the castle are the Nova Scotia Museum and the Arms and Arms Museum.
