My husband and I absolutely love Blue Fin sushi - it's one of those quiet, neighborhood restaurants with excellent food and service that you don't want anyone else to know about, but it's just too good not to tell other people. Blue Fin has a laid back atmosphere in a neighborhood full of scene-y, loud, and expensive sushi spots. We've tried most of the other sushi spots in the area and have either found the quality to be lacking, or that we're being wayyy overcharged for a "hip" atmosphere. Blue Fin's the kind of place that you can meet with friends, have a drink, actually hear each other talk, and know that they're not going to rush you out the door so they can seat someone else. I definitely would not agree with other reviewers who rated Blue Fin as expensive. We typically order appetizers and two rolls which runs us about $40 with tip. Portions are generous and the quality is top-notch.
