Finally, in addition to a drink or dessert, we went to bottled Falk and of course we were glad we went. We started with a few appetizers, including Mediterranean salad and dried meat. The salad was fantastic, the texture and taste were perfectly blended and absolutely big enough to share. Highly recommended as a beginner. For me, the dried meat is good, but I prefer it as an accompaniment to a drink rather than a precursor to a meal. We also have a pre-dinner drink and try their distribution for a good old-fashioned fan...vNice. When we made the main course, we split the steak and the bacon burger in two. Really. That burger? Ah. Labyrinth. Inertial navigation and guidance! They really grind the bacon into beef for the meatloaf, which definitely works. But the meal disappointed me was the fries in the burger. The taste was fairly light compared to the burger (as compared to the fries in many burger shops). I would have liked to see better fries, or a more unusual side. Also worth shouting specifically about the service we got from Nick. He was perfect. Friendly, energetic, smart enough to give friends who haven’t met in high school enough time to chat and catch up.
