I had lunch special(affordable price), it was tasty! wasnt salty and dough was crusty. waited 25 minutes till it comes out but it was worth it.(deep dish takes some time to cook..)
The deep dish pizza is AMAZING, it has carmalized crust and great toppings, if you are looking for a stuffed pizza this it not the place to go, this pizza is deep dish, the service is slow
Jon Stewart might have a problem with eating a pizza with forks - I don't. $5 lunch special here is the only true competitor to Di Fara's Sicilian slice.
The crust has the consistency of a fluffy biscuit + caramelized, the tomato sauce is light and sweet (not salty), get ready
BETTER THAN PIZANO'S. DONT LISTEN TO GAYLE KING!!!
Pepperoni & green olives. Do it. You won't regret that decision. Side of ranch for the crust? Yes, please.
The deep dish pizza is amazing! We enjoyed the Pequod's salad too!
Get the lunch special!
Best lunch special in Chicago. Pequods Chezzzzzzzzy crust to dough/meat ratio is ridunkly right. Thank me later.
Our favorite version is topped with big hunks of fennel-flecked sausage and hot specks of giardiniera, but c?mon: It?s a casserole of melty cheese; it can do no wrong.
