What people are saying:

[The Former Site Exhibition Hall of the Provisional Government of the Republic of Korea] is located at 38 Lotus Pond, Qixinggang, Yuzhong District, Chongqing, about 0.8km away from the city center. It is a special museum to study and display the history of the Korean independence movement. The provisional government of Korea is a government in exile that has long insisted on anti-Japanese independence movement in China. It was formally established in Shanghai in April 1919 and the provisional constitution of the Republic of Korea was enacted. After the outbreak of the Sino Japanese War, the representative of the Republic of Korea provisional government and some family members of the Republic of Korea moved to Chongqing westward with the national government, and arrived in Chongqing in the spring of 1938. In the following month, all members of the provisional government leadership agency moved from Chinju to Chongqing, and in 1940 9, they moved to byoto chin, dohashi go, Chongqing, via Changsha, Guangzhou and Yanagishu. The interim government has been living on the screen for four years, building its own auditoriums and dormitories, as well as renting some office space. Because the city of Pingdu was far from the center of the city, the temporary government of Korea was very inconvenient, and rented a hall in shichijogo lotus pond street in ichichu ward (current lotus pond 38), and moved to the office at the beginning of 1945 years after the construction, and the temporary government left Chongqing. The hall is four buildings with air defence equipment.
