After a kayaking tour on the river I popped in for a coffee and muffin to recuperate. The service was excellent and the food tasty. The menu of other food items looked pretty good so it would be worth having a meal here at some point in the future. Great tasting coffee and the staff went the extra mile to please

The restaurant is well located in the beautiful Christchurch Botanical Garden and serves fine Spanish cuisine. Highlights of duck with orange and lamb. Great taste, not cheap but definitely a good experience

Very helpful and friendly staff, perfect for having a drink before dinner and then sitting on some great food, which makes our workplace a cool dinner place. We will all go back again as it was a totally enjoyable evening.

Double or triple kebabs remind me of the old Greek guy sitting on the island of Santorini eating a gyroscope and chatting with me. Perfectly tender lamb, with chickpea mud and chili, and always with a smile.

The Astro lounge is an amazing place. They have excellent staff to serve you delicious food and the music is great. The price of the dishes is reasonable and worth a visit. You will love it!

I ate at this restaurant with my companions and loved it, everything was special. Although we didn&rsquo;t book in advance, we were greeted warmly as soon as we walked in. It is indeed a great restaurant, well decorated, well trained staff and, most importantly, the food is super delicious. Great done and hopefully keep it going.

We bought our tickets and reservations at the i-Site, didn&#39;t have to stand in line to buy tickets. There was only one other family on the punt, so it was a quiet, relaxing trip. The punt operator and guide was informative and ready to answer questions about, the ride, the city, and New Zealand as a whole. My wife had great fun photographing the ducks as we floated along the edge of the Botanical Gardens. As we were there on the anniversary of the big earthquake 5 years ago there were many flowers floating on the river (stream) commemorating the lives lost. My own fault, Sat twisted up on the boat and found my leg was asleep when I went to get off. Be careful.

The dining environment is very clean, and the taste of the meal is OK.

Great location but food less than perfect. Crumbed fish deep fried to total dryness chips in trainted oil food more like a take away joint. Not one of our party of 6 enjoyed their food. Cheap ingredients poorly cooked.
