This cafe is a gem on Barbados street. The coffee is fabulous and the staff are so friendly. If I had one criticism, it would be that it looks closed from the outside, so I only recently discovered it!
We walked by this and thought that we HAD to give it a try. Local, funky, neighborhood cafe with excellent food and great coffee. Breakfast was wonderful - we checked out the plates being carried by our table and everything looked good!
This place could be great, quirky and a bit different, but the staff seem to be too cool to clean! The place was grubby, every surface. The chairs needed scrubbing, the tables needed scrubbing, the floors needed scrubbing. I had an OK cake with coffee, but was concerned about the lack of hygiene that I could see, without the extra concern of what I couldn't see behind the scenes. I will not certainly not be going back. It's a shame as its a neat looking cafe and could really rock if managed properly.
Agree with previous writer in that place needs a good clean. Our food was far too salty and almost inedible. Ship up or ship out
I put spicy mushrooms on the bread, the right choice for me is great. My friend ate a luxurious vegetarian plate, which also looked beautiful and was happy because of the tolerance to gluten. The cafe is ok,...I will be back
