About Yu Garden

Yu Garden is located in central Shanghai’s Huangpu District, on a spot within the boundaries of former Old City. It is the only classic Chinese garden in the downtown area and was once a private garden for Ming Dynasty officials. The garden covers roughly two hectares and contains various rambling pathways, hidden pavilions, and classic flora. It is a good place to escape the bustling modern city outside. Take note of the hundreds of plaques and inscriptions written by well-known individuals, as well as the park’s collection of stone carvings. Yuyuan Bazaar, located nearby, is good to browse for antiques and souvenirs.

Although Town God's Temple has been there several times, there is a typical garden inside -- Yu Garden seems not to have entered yet. The main reason is that Yu Garden has to buy other tickets. Today, on a whim, I suddenly wanted to go and have a look, so when the subway line 10 passed, I got off and turned around. If you don't know, you'll be shocked. I know Yu Garden is a spirit. There are all kinds of humanities, scenery, cultural relics and monuments. There are also a large number of foreign handsome men and beautiful women, but unfortunately there is no camera, can only use mobile phones to simply record some. The 40 yuan ticket is absolutely worth the money... Yu Garden is one of the five largest historic gardens in Shanghai, including intoxicated pond, autumn garden, ancient Yi Garden and Qu Shui garden. The most pleasant garden is Yu Garden.

I haven't been to Yu Garden for a long time. Winter is the off-season of Yu Garden tourism. Tickets are 30, and tourists are really few. There is no grand season when people look at their heads. They can quietly enjoy the beauty of gardens. The Yu Garden has the talent of Shanghai people "the shell of the spiral shell to do the best. The area of more than 30 mu land, using various kinds of rockery, corridors, pond and woods cleverly cleavage, has broken out four big areas, and has given visitors ten times the feeling. Of course, the most important thing is exquisite. Pavilions and pavilions need not be said, no matter the trees, flowers and plants planted in front of the hall, or rockfill in rockery, they are smart and natural, beautiful and rich. In particular, it is worth mentioning that the Koi carp in the pond are too fat to swim.

Overall, it's very good! Before going, I made a strategy specially. I suggest you do your homework well before going. First, you know the history. When you visit, you will feel a sense of exploration. Yu Garden in the Town God's Temple area, the mountains and seas, especially to the big festival, more embodies our country's population advantage, and many foreign friends, often a regiment of a group of surging out! The koi carp in the Yu Garden pond is really fat and fat. It's not exaggerated. The garden is in the downtown area. Looking towards the Bund in the garden, there is no interesting thing about the garden! __________ It took less than two hours to walk down the whole garden. After that, I went to eat the famous steamed bread shop. I couldn't catch you. Stop eating some Xiaolin pancakes. Then you can go to the Bund or Nanjing Road and enjoy some beautiful movies. My friends are going to lick the screen. I'm dumb.

One of the places that must be visited during the Spring Festival. The Spring Festival Gala of the Year of the Chicken is at the Shanghai Scenic Spot! A sea of people, has restricted the exit and entrance, or can not walk, look up at the lights, happy and auspicious. By the way, buy some more food, spicy beans, white rabbit milk candy, small cage bags and so on.

Yu Garden (Yu Garden) is located in the northeastern part of old Chengxiang in Shanghai. It lives on Fu you road in the north and Anren street in the East. In the southwest, it is adjacent to the Old City God Temple in Shanghai. It is a classical garden in the south of the Yangtze River. It was built in the Jiajing and Wanli years of the Ming Dynasty, covering an area of more than thirty acres. In the park, there are three famous stones of the south of the Yangtze River called the jade Linglong, the command point of the 1853 knives' uprising, the spring hall, and the tourist attractions of Town God's Temple and shopping street on the side of the park. Yu Garden began to open to the public in 1961. In 1982, it was listed as a national key cultural relic protection unit by the State Council. Comrade Jiang Zemin's inscription stone inscription: Famous Garden at Sea can be seen from the import. There are many brick carvings, stone carvings, clay sculptures and wood carvings scattered in every corner of the park. They have a long history and look very delicate. Moreover, there are thousands of antique paintings and calligraphy in the house, which are of great value. There are more than 40 ancient buildings in the garden, such as Sansuitao Hall, Deyue Tower, Yulinglong, Neiyuan Jingguan Hall, ancient stage, rockery, pond and so on. The design is exquisite and the layout is exquisite. They are exquisite, exquisite and penetrating. They have the characteristics of small, medium and large, reflecting the style of Jiangnan Garden Architecture in the Ming Dynasty. It is a pearl in the classical gardens of the south of the Yangtze River.

Early December, just to the off-season, 10 yuan cheaper. But the scenery is still autumn scenery, beautiful! Though native, Yu Garden is the first time to go there. Pavilions and pavilions, rockeries, golden ginkgo biloba, red maple leaves, turtles play in water... It makes people linger and forget to return. They are reluctant to leave for a long time. I regret that in this downtown area of Shanghai, we can enjoy the quiet. Meet a group of Koreans, probably LG company collective organization of travel; and a group of Japanese, listening to the guide to explain the modern times of the Fourth Generation together; there are scattered foreigners, from time to time to find Chinese boys to chat up jokes...

Yu Garden is a beautiful garden. It's worth visiting. Rainy days have more artistic conception, and fewer people, shuttle in the umbrella of tourists as if in the rain and smoke in the south of the Yangtze River. Ticket prices are reasonable, cost-effective, step by step change, absolute masterpieces of ancient Chinese gardens, if accompanied by foreign friends must take them to see, it will be very good.

The Yu Garden is also known as the Old City God Temple of Shanghai. All over the country and even foreign tourists come to Shanghai. They will come here to play and enjoy snacks. Our local citizens like to visit Yu Garden in Shanghai frequently. In particular, the annual New Year Folk Art Lantern Festival is a full-flavored lantern festival, attracting nearly 300,000 tourists every day. On the Jiuquqiao Bridge, it took five minutes to walk once during the Spring Festival Lantern Festival. It was estimated that it would take at least 20 minutes to walk once because of the crowds and the number of photographers. However, despite the overcrowding, there are still many lamp fans coming to take pictures with their mobile phones, card machines and SLRs. Yu Garden also has many snacks, dumplings, Nanxiang Xiaolong Tang Bao, and so on, all kinds of modern Starbucks, McDonald's and other shops have also been stationed. Eat, play and take pictures. Even if you stay for a day, you won't get tired of it. And there are many small commodity markets near Yu Garden, which can buy cheap commodities and daily necessities, which attracts many people to buy them. Many small business people also go to the small commodities market near Yu Garden to wholesale their products.
