The buildings in Yuyuan Garden are very beautiful and clean everywhere. Although it is not a tourist season, there are still a lot of tourists, and there are also very foreign tourists.
You need to wait in line for dinner at noon. Crab huangbao is the best-selling, Chengbu Temple snacks are well-known, pure handmade milk. The sugar is also selling well. The girl bought a box with a very pure taste. The sugar master worked hard.
Yu Garden is located in the northeast of Shanghai's old city, with Fuyou Road in the north, Anren Street in the east, and the old temple in Shanghai in the southwest. It is a classical garden in the south of the Yangtze River. It was built in the Jiajing and Wanli years of the Ming Dynasty. Yu Mu.
The park is home to the three famous stone names in the south of the Yangtze River, the Jade Linglong, the command post of the 1853 Small Knife Uprising, and the tourist attractions such as the Chenghuang Temple and the shopping street.

I am in such awe every time I set foot inside the gates and can spend hours inside without getting bored. it is so peaceful and quiet no matter what time of year. the architecture is absolutely exquisite, nothing if ever seen compares. one of my personal favorites in shanghai and definitely worth a visit! #yugarden #shanghai #innerpeace #wintergetaway
Yu Garden is located in central Shanghai’s Huangpu District, on a spot within the boundaries of former Old City. It is the only classic Chinese garden in the downtown area and was once a private garden for Ming Dynasty officials. The garden covers roughly two hectares and contains various rambling pathways, hidden pavilions, and classic flora. It is a good place to escape the bustling modern city outside. Take note of the hundreds of plaques and inscriptions written by well-known individuals, as well as the park’s collection of stone carvings. Yuyuan Bazaar, located nearby, is good to browse for antiques and souvenirs.
