While it’s tempting to spend each night in Siem Reap noshing in a different restaurant – Mexican, Cambodian, or Japanese – you’re doing yourself a profound disservice if you don’t make some time to visit the city’s amazing night markets as well. The Khmer barbeque restaurants in particular are outstanding (and cheap!) and make what is possibly the world’s best banana shake.
The shopping experience here was great! Loads of choices for me. I'm picky.

The night market is the best place to absorb everything Siem Reap has to offer! There are many western food restaurants in Siem Reap that might be tempting, but come visit the night market for the feast. With a bottle of cold beer, it will be the best thing you do in Siem Reap!
