Battambang Museum

The Battambang Museum (Museum) is about 1 km from the city center and close to the Governor’s Palace. Highlights of Battambang include exquisite Angkor-period lintels and statues collected from various parts of Battambang province such as Nong Ba Nan Mountain and Sien, with high signs. Cotton, English and French. The precious statues and sculptures of Khmer art unearthed in the border area are displayed here.

It displays the excellent lintels and statues of the Angkor Dynasty found in Battambang Province, including Phnom Banan and Sneng, as well as other multilingual signs.

We also came to the Battambang Museum. The museum is not big and a bit rudimentary, but fortunately, there are many artifacts from the Angkor period, most of which are sculptures, Buddha statues and door lintels.

Compared with other popular tourist cities, Battambang has not many tourists, but there are many natural and cultural landscapes worth visiting. Battambang temples and museums give people a unique feeling. The collections are all exquisite and worth the price.

Part of it is being renovated, the outside is deserted, there are no tourists, and the things inside are average.
