An earlier post said washers and dryers are free. That's incorrect. Each load is $1.75 coin operated and they don't have a change machine.

Campground

Bathrooms were never cleaned in the four days we stayed there. Plan to use your own facilities. Wifi did not work on our site.

Great park at 20 minutes from the French Quarter

Very nice back-up site with water and electricity. FREE washer and dryer in the laundromat (never saw that before). Walking the campground is an activity by itself with wooden pathways through the bay...

Close to downtown

Great time short drive to french quarter Parked at french market lot. Ferry was under repair until 2020. Clean and quiet campground
