Beehive Center for Contemporary Art

The predecessor of the Hive Center for Contemporary Art was the Iberia Center for Contemporary Art, which was officially opened in April 2008, and was officially changed to this in February 2013. The name Honeycomb means the collective existence of human beings and their complex thinking, which is particularly in line with the current social structure of China and the status quo of contemporary art. The center is located in the 798 Art District in Beijing, with a construction area of more than 4,000 square meters and five exhibition halls of international standards. It is one of the most influential and large-scale contemporary art institutions in China. While participating in the local production and construction of Chinese contemporary art, Hive Center for Contemporary Art is committed to promoting and exchanging Chinese contemporary art on a global scale, promoting experienced international artists and art projects, in order to enhance the prosperity of the contemporary art market. The artists that are represented by the agency include important Chinese and foreign artists and rising stars in the art world, trying to build one of the credible contemporary art collection consultancies in China.
