Walking into Burano Island is like walking into a fairy tale world. The colorful little houses have their own characteristics. It is our favorite place for a few friends. There are not many tourists on the island. While strolling and taking pictures, people are reluctant to leave. Must go to several small islands around Venice~ highly recommended
Brano Island is a beautiful picturesque place to spend a holiday!
If you go to Venice, it is recommended to buy a ferry ticket. The colorful island and the glass island are on the same route and you can go together, but the glass island is not worth viewing, but if you like glass products, you can stop for a while. It is really beautiful, and then go Burano, the color island. The colorful houses on the island are very special. After arriving on the island, there is a small restaurant with fried seafood and cuttlefish noodles. The taste is very good. It is recommended to try. There are also local handmade silk scarves that can be bought as gifts. The quality is good and exquisite.
Take the 41 water bus to Burano Island (color island) for 70 minutes. It is a small outlying island, but the houses on both sides of the narrow canal on the island are of different colors, colorful and unique. Walking in a very unique foreign country, I feel a long-lost tranquility. The beauty of the various houses on the island lies not only in the colors, but also in the layout of the houses. Although there is no way to peek inside, just by looking at their decoration on the window sill, you can imagine how cute it will be. It seems that every household is carefully arranging the part facing the sun, as simple as a flower pot or a hanging ornament, there are rarely any similarities. The most moving place of this small island floating in the middle of the water is the kind of beauty that comes from a kind of warmth that belongs to home. In the colorful colors and elaborate decoration, but not noisy decoration, you can feel people's life Deep love. We also bought apples, grapes and peaches at a greengrocer on the island, and the prices are not too expensive. After visiting the colorful islands for nearly an hour, we took the water bus to leave here to Murano (glass island). Most of the residents of the island make and sell glass products for their livelihoods, and it is considered a visit to see a few shops. Leave again by water bus and return to St. Mark's Square. Then take the 2 water bus to the railway station. The "one-day ticket" valid within 24 hours allows us to use it very solidly. It also allows us to appreciate the infinite charm of Venice's Millennium Water City from the vast blue water.
