An interesting old wharf - remains I should say.
Another historic area in Thames. Always more attractive on a good day rather than an overcast day. An interesting sculpture if you look carefully part way along.

Visited this old wharf to do some photographs. Obviously it would have been a great, study structure in its day and served as a gateway on the Firth of Thames. Now it is perfect for photography.
This would make a stunning photo shoot location at sunset as the sun would pretty much line up perfectly. We were here today about 5.30pm. Come back about 8pm for perfect shot in Jan 2020

Worth a look
This old wharf is in a poor state of repair but photographically it is worth a trip. Look out for the stick man on one of the posts.
