Next to the "Hewei" theater is "MyCupNoodlesFactory" (MyCupNoodlesFactory), which is a cup noodle making experience area. There is no reservation required for the cup noodle making experience, but the reception closes at 15:30, and you will have to wait in line when there are many people, so please participate as early as possible. In addition, in Hall 2, there are exhibition areas and reference rooms for instant noodles from all over the world, and the tasting area also has local specialties that are not usually available in Osaka. Before leaving the 1st floor, go to the instant noodle tunnel for a walk. The inner wall and the top of the tunnel are inlaid with the main products of Nissin instant noodles in past dynasties. You can intuitively see its development process and it is also visually shocking. On the second floor of the memorial hall, there is a chicken soup ramen factory. In this production experience room, you can make the world's earliest instant noodles - chicken soup ramen. After kneading, rolling, steaming and seasoning, and then using a series of processes such as "instant oil-heat drying method" to complete the production, the whole process takes about 90 minutes.
