Fushun War Criminals Management Office

The exhibition hall of Fushun War Prisoners Management Office is located at the foot of Gaoer Mountain, Ningyuan Street, Shuncheng District, Fushun City, covering an area of more than 30,000 square meters. Originally known as the "Liaodong Third Prison", it became a prison for remodeling war criminals at home and abroad in June 1950. From July 1950 to March 1975, 975 Japanese war criminals were detained, 71 pseudo-Manchurian war criminals such as the last emperor Aixinjuelo Puyi, and 354 Kuomintang war criminals were rehabilitated and educated as newcomers. In 1987, on the basis of comprehensive renovation, a exhibition hall of Fushun War Prison Management Office, including "Renovating Japanese War Prisoners", "Renovating the Last Emperor Fuyi", "War Prisoners Living Area, Prison Room and Labor Place" was set up, and a special tourism project "Experience the Renovation of Life of War Prisoners" was also set up.
