    It is located on the pedestal deck from Kokura Station to St. City. It is a statue of three children beating drums. When you come to Kokura, Mileutin greets this statue with "I'm home". There is a festival every summer, and in the evening of summer, you can hear the sound of practicing it, which is a summer tradition of Kokura.
