    Good campsite, lousy shower house.

    Nice place to relax

Lake Murphysboro is a nice place to relax. There are several camping areas and picnic areas. Swimming is not allowed but the lake is stocked with blue gill, bass, crappie and is a nice place to fish.

    Relaxing

Relaxing fishing. Lots of places to pull in to view the lake and picnic. Small family friendly play area with restrooms. Boat docking, camping and even a nice place to walk or jog.
