We ❤️Lake Whitney
We visit in our RV every Spring Break and always will. The bluebonnets are in bloom right now, and it’s gorgeous. Clean facilities and very nice lake.
Decent State Park
Decent state park. Not the best and not the worst Texas has to offer. There are some hiking trails but make sure to wear bug spray. The lake is the biggest draw for the park.
Fantastic
Went to Redwood Lodge. Cabins rentals with a Swimming pool. Serenity Cove Café, had the best catfish and shrimp I have eaten in a long time.
