Very Nice
It's more for a younger crowd (kids), but we had a pleasant experience here. We enjoyed visiting the different areas of the village. Our favorite was the schoolhouse.
Was a little skeptical of this attraction when we pulled into the parking lot but turned out to be very informative and interesting. Well worth the time. The friendly “inhabitants” answered all my que...
Only half of the waterfall was working. I was told that is the way it works since its opening years ago. Aparently ther was a tragedy there as explained by a plaque on the sidewalk.
The staff characters who demonstrate crafts and discuss the history of the buildings are great! The folks in the gift shop are friendly. The buildings and contents are fun if you're into pioneer era...
