This monument is worth a look especially if you are in the area looking at old parliament house. It's just to the west of the western rose garden. There are some informative signs / displays.
This is a lovely monument, commemorating the famous English Magna Carta. Not enough information is given on this monument, so only history buffs would be able to appreciate it.

lovely spot
Best visited while checking out the old parliament house and gardens. was opened as part of 2001 centenary celebrations
I stopped by while walking around the former Capitol.
There was a 2 garden (The Robert Broinausky and Senate) west of the former Capitol, and the west square was Magna Carta Place.
