#2023travelwish The customers and I went to Karlsruhe for a business trip. During one of the days, we ended work quite early. Thus, I suggested whether they interested to go Stuttgart. They agree. When we arrived in Stuttgart, we headed straight to Mercedes-Benz Museum as this musuem was of much interest to the them. Once insude, we were captivated by the modern and futuristic theme. We had our lunch at the restaurant there before entering the musuem. Inside the musuem, there were so many models of vehicles to admire at, from the past to now. We really enjoyed ourselves. The MERCEDES-BENZ MUSEUM was amazing! When we first arrived, we took the elevator to the top floor and walk down the spiralling path. We really enjoyed all the interactive parts of the museum and getting a walk through history viewed through the lens of the inventions and innovations with motorized vehicles. It was really fascinating and we spent more time than we expected. The museum was well laid out with plenty of lighting. Plus the museum design was really neat! So glad we went!! There are alot of European branded cars made in Germany like the main fews are BMW, Audi, Volkswagen and Mercedes Benz. As I'm a car fanatic, the mecerdes benz Museum is a bucketlists for me, as this musuem showcases Mercedes benz even before we were born. From the very 1st man made gas powered car in the 1800s and also the very 1st Mercedes sports car called the SL60 AMG to even the very first Mercedes benz car where doors open upwards. This musuem covers more than 15,000 square metres with at least more than 100 over vehicles on showcase where you are able to learn the history and works behind the vehicles. The Mercedes-Benz Museum is located on the banks of the Neckar River, and as soon as you enter Stuttgart, you can feel the atmosphere of this automotive industrial city, with the quietly flowing river, the factories along the riverbank, and the somewhat old streets of the city, some sections of which are under maintenance. The museum covers a large area, with parking spaces along the road and an indoor parking garage, making it a gathering place for tourists. It was Sunday, and although it was already afternoon when we arrived, the queue for tickets still stretched to the entrance, and the staff handed out bags of gummy bears to the children, suggesting that one parent could queue while the children could go to the children's center next to the shop on the basement floor to do crafts and draw. When entering with a ticket, the elevator with tracks on the wall has a very futuristic feel, going straight to the top floor, which is also the starting point for the museum tour. The entire museum is displayed floor by floor according to the order of automotive development, with historical events of each era and car-related introductions on the left wall, and the passage spirals down, with each floor showcasing Mercedes-Benz cars from each era. Just a few steps away from each floor is an annex, where there are various unseen Mercedes cars, fire engines, postal vehicles, snowplows, buses... The car in the photo with the glass cabinet at the back is the one used for the Pope's travels, which needed to be both visible to the public and safe. In the field of electric cars, they are hard-pressed to surpass in the short term and have lost their competitiveness, if not for the common people's trust and admiration for BBA, they would not immediately lose the market. With Germany being de-industrialized in recent years, I wonder if it's time for a new era to shift. The world changes too fast!

#2024wish Germany is one of the countries that produce many good cars like Mercedes Benz, Audi, BMW etc. I was in Stuttgart Germany and thus I grabbed the chance to go to Mercedes Benz Musuem. It was such a big musuem with so many models from over the years. It's certainly eye catching for me. In 2024, I hope I can get to visit Porsche musuem to admire even more cars from over the years.

Very nice walk through the history of car making. From the first engine, to car testing and modern cars. Cars, trains, buses. Very nice description at the museum part along the line of history, in German and English. The war time is not avoided but properly covered. Also the history of labor and foreign is discussed. In the end e come for the cars of course.

#wecreate Stuttgart was near the city that I was working at and thus took the opportunity during the weekend to explore there. There were quite a few attractions in Stuttgart. In the end, I chose Mercedes-Benz Museum. The musuem was huge, covering a number of storeys. I was astonished by the big number of models displayed. There were cars, buses, vans etc. It was a wonderful experience admiring the different models.

Stuttgart in Germany is known as a city of auto mobile and one of the museums to visit is definitely Mercedes Benz Museum. The museum is located around 10 mins walk from the nearest station called Neckarpark and you will see The Mercedes Benz Arena and Hilton Garden Inn along the way. Entrance fee is euro 12 and you will get the phone chain with their brand free upon exit as souvenir. You will be wowed upon entering the museum. There are also coffee shop, restaurant and souvenir shop inside.
