I will never attend another show here. First off , the place was overcrowded. Sure I knew there would be a crowd, but this was bad. It's obvious they sold more tickets than this place could hold. We are all short girls and couldn't see hardly anything, but there was no where to really stand. And there was some very rude staff. Was told we couldn't stand here and there when we was in no ones way. I also heard several staff talking about people attending , which was very unprofessional. If it wasn't for the fact that I really love the artist, I would have left. Even after driving 3 and a half hours to get there. Never again.

In Appreciation

I would like to show my utmost appreciation for the entire staff that assisted me when my wife had a heat exhaustion episode while in the front row at the concert on 11/14/23. They had to have noticed right away as I was making my way out of the crowd because the very second I got my wife into a clearing by the bar, several staff members sprung into action. From the security staff, to the bar staff they immediately got a chair, water, and a cold towel to comfort my wife. She felt better in a matter of minutes. Not only that, but several staff members continued to check on her throughout the remainder of the concert. They should be commended for their quick response and total caring. There ARE good people in this world! Thank you Mercury Ballroom.
