This is definitely one of those museums that you can spend an entire day and only scratch the surface. I can’t comment on cost, as the first time we visited it was free, but the second it didn’t seem to be. But there’s lots to see, and I feel like I learned a lot about the history of Copenhagen and the Danes.

Denmark's national history museum. Free admission, the museum has great exhibits that include Viking history, Stone Age finds, renaissance collections, and more.
A must go museum !!! Exceeded my expectations
This is a really interesting museum, which is all about Denmark's history and culture. Here you can learn about everything from the Vikings to the commune of Christiania, which was started in the 1960s. There's a good gift shop and cafe here.
It is very worthwhile to go, get ready for a day, take a closer look, there is a Chinese electronic tour guide
