Niagara River

This is a great place to visit and explore Niagara Falls. I wish we knew in advance how great it was so we could plan more time there. Then we had time to walk all the routes! I like the paths here are clearly marked and easy to walk down.

Niagara Falls is located on the Niagara River, which discharges Lake Erie into Lake Ontario, and the waterfall is the highest of all waterfalls in North America that have landed more than 50 meters vertically. The flow of water is controlled upstream of the Niagara River, where 170,000 cubic meters of water flow over the waterfall every minute during the peak tourist hours of the day.

The Niagara River in the Great Lakes of North America flows from Lake Erie to Lake Ontario, about 56 kilometers (35 miles) long, and the boundary river between New York and Ontario, Canada, is quite rich in water including Lake Superior, Lake Michigan, Lake Huron and Lake Erie, totaling about 673,000 square meters. The water level drop of about 99 meters across the river is one of the most abundant waterways in North America. The process is about halfway through the Nigala Falls.

The famous Niagara Falls is on the same name of the river, which runs upright across the border with Canada, to the north with Lake Ontario in Canada, and to the south is Lake Erie, one of the five great lakes in the United States. We came here mainly to see the waterfall, but found the scenery on both sides of the river is also good, there are many trails to let you experience nature and relax.
