A very special art gallery. Most of the works in it show some themes of the southern United States. In particular, many of them show some themes of plantations and black slaves at that time. I think it has historical significance.

I personally like this museum very much. Although it is not a place to appreciate famous works, I think it is very special for the colonial culture of the southern United States.
This art museum dedicated to the American South is also a very attractive scene. The scope of the entire museum is relatively large. When you visit here, you can also see many unique areas and some interesting design methods. Southern Art Museum The overall structure is also worth looking forward to.
Just across the street from the World War II Museum. Ogden is a good place corresponding to that experience. The Ogden Museum only focuses on southern art and fills the void of art museums. Moreover, they did a good job in the exhibition space above three floors. Currently they have a large part of their space for southern photography. It can be done in about an hour. You can overlook Li Garden from the roof terrace and admire the barren pillars with no figures on it.
The Ogden Museum of Southern Art is a museum with local characteristics in New Orleans. From its architecture, you can see how it differs from other museums. This museum has the most comprehensive collection of southern art in the United States. Since 1733, the collection has more than 7,000 pieces. To be honest, I don't quite understand many of the exhibits here, so I don't have much interest. But there is a rooftop on the third floor of the museum, from here you can see the street scene of New Orleans, which is more interesting. Tickets for the museum are $12, and student tickets can be less than $2, but it feels a bit expensive.
The scale of this art gallery is not particularly large. According to my understanding, most of the works displayed are the works of artists from the southern states of the United States, because you can probably tell from the theme of the painting.
