Just a regular building,dull,plain,with absolutely nothing interesting.I relly don't know why it appears in this list.There are scores of similar buildings in town.
Concrete box
At the entrance-out of the center of Nuremberg in the direction of Munich you will not miss this construction of the type of demolished hotel "Inturist" in Moscow, but here this "skyscrap" of the same time saved.

Conversion (Update 08/2018)
The whole building has been challenging for months - construction plans have blocked the view. Therefore, a visit is not worthwhile at the moment.
And what is supposed to be beautiful ?
The Plairerhochhaus is not beautiful for me - some "building sins" of the 50s and 60s may be architecturally interesting, but this here - well !
