On a recent route 66 road trip, we made it a point to go see the Pony Bridge. It is a standing monument to the history of highways and bridges.
A Must See on Route 66
Just a few miles north of the interstate and easy to find. This 1938 bridge is nearly a mile long and looks to be in good shape.
