I'm usually lonely.
It's usually a sober street, but it gets hot at once during the festival season. The pole lights you see while BBQ from the roof of the buildings around here are the best.

From Akita Station to the west, cross the Asahikawa River and you will be on Sanno Boulevard. Every year, ８ Moon ３ Day ～６ Day will be the Kanto venue, and many tourists 々 will enjoy it.
Kanto Festival
At the venue of the Kanto Festival, it seems that people are not very Akita during the period. Other times are just the main road, so I can't evaluate it.

I passed when I went to Akita City in July. Sanno Boulevard is a road connecting JR Akita Station and National Highway No. 7. It's about 2.6km. It is the main street of Akita City, where the prefectural office and city hall are located. It is the venue of the Kanto Festival, which is １ of the three major festivals in Tohoku. I would like to see the festival if I have the opportunity.
