Rating - Happy to swing by for the monthly event at turf club. This Chatuchak weekend market have many Thai food specialities stalls with yummy food like phad Thai, grilled beef cubes, pork sticks and not to mention crowd fav Thai milk tea! There's so much to eat so best to come on empty stomachs, and after eating there's 2 short rows of fashion stalls can browse through though it isn't as extensive as the food stalls so lower the expectations and all will be a good evening's spent outdoor in Sg! Spent about $50 to feed 3 pax fyi.
The Cranzi Racecourse is the most famous racecourse in Singapore, the area is very large and there are many horses. There are fixed members here who can also sign up to experience it. The toll station is cheap and just walks through a circle.
The most famous racecourse in Singapore, the Cranje Racecourse, is located in the north of Singapore and covers an area of 81.2 hectares. It opened on March 4, 2000 and was established and operated by the Singapore Race Club. The racecourse combines the advantages of the top racecourses around the world: the runway is designed with sand net grass, with sandy as the bottom layer, and the surface is planted with grass patented by the University of California. Singapore has high rainfall, but the sandy bottom of the runway is effective in hydrophobic, keeping the runway in good condition for years. The runway is oval and 2 km long, and the race is counterclockwise. Because the internal and external columns are 31 meters apart, and the straight road is 400 meters long, each race has an equal chance of winning. In addition, the ground tilting angle of the straight road is moderate, and the final straight road is slightly uphill, the height difference is one meter, so that the final stage of the competition is often more exciting.
